Roles & Responsibility: - Should have good knowledge in security system, maintain the existing CCTV, Turnstiles and Power Fence system with problem solving skills. Proactive thinking & should be willing to learn and grasp knowledge. Should maintain & share the daily / weekly / Monthly progress report & update to client & internal team in regular basis. Maintaining customer relationship by addressing their issues in time with quality work. Seeking timely support or escalate to reporting manager for support in time. Doing PM activity as per the schedule and share the reports in time for billing. Getting problem address within stipulated time and get service report signed. Closing the service / support calls within 24 hrs. time. Receiving of materials & Invoice acknowledgement for payment process. Day to day activities needs to be updated to respective RTLS / Reporting manager. Understand the client’s requirement and support them in time. Overall, should be able to handle the client independently & address the issues in priority.
