Responsibilities:
 Develop internal audit scope and plans.
 Regularly audit inventory, internal process documents, reports, internal control points,
and organizational assets.
 Periodically visit all branch offices across India to ensure resource authenticity and
accountability.
 Gather, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation.
 Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports reflecting audit findings and processes.
 Provide independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement.
 Identify loopholes, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and cost-saving measures.
 Maintain transparent communication with management and internal teams.
 Document processes and prepare audit findings reports for management review.
 Ensure timely compliance from internal teams based on audit findings.
 Conduct follow-up audits to monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
Desired Qualifications:
 Intermediate CA / M.Com with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience.
 Demonstrated dedication and sincerity in work.
 Strong report writing and communication skills.
 Proficient in analysis and data reporting.
 Proven track record as an auditor.
 Advanced proficiency in MS Office and database applications.
 Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
