Regularly audit inventory, internal process documents, reports, internal control points, and organizational assets. Periodically visit all branch offices across India to ensure resource authenticity and accountability. Gather, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation. Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports reflecting audit findings and processes. Provide independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement. Identify loopholes, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and cost-saving measures. Maintain transparent communication with management and internal teams. Document processes and prepare audit findings reports for management review. Ensure timely compliance from internal teams based on audit findings. Conduct follow-up audits to monitor implementation of audit recommendations. Desired Qualifications: Intermediate CA / M.Com with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated dedication and sincerity in work. Strong report writing and communication skills. Proficient in analysis and data reporting. Proven track record as an auditor. Advanced proficiency in MS Office and database applications. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
