Job Description: Executive Air Export Operation Address- 201, Starhub, Building No. 1, Behind ITC Grand Maratha Hotel, International Airport Road, Sahar, Andheri (E), Mumbai - 400059, Maharashtra, India Position: Executive Air Export Operation Experience Required: 1-5 years Key Responsibilities: Documentation Preparation: Prepare Air Waybill (AWB) and House Air Waybill (HAWB) accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and complies with airline and customs regulations. Handover Set: Compile and organize all documents required for the handover set. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the handover set is complete and accurate. Customer Coordination: Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary shipment information and provide updates on shipment status. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all operations comply with legal requirements. Handle customs clearance procedures and liaise with customs authorities as needed. Operational Efficiency: Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or issues. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize export processes. Qualifications: Experience: 1-5 years in air export operations, with a strong understanding of AWB and HAWB preparation. Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of export regulations. Education: Relevant degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
