Faculty and academic coordinator

Teaching:

1. Deliver lectures and seminars in subjects related to the BBA Honours curriculum.
   
2. Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments.
   
3. Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
   
4. Provide academic support and guidance to students.
   
5. Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
   
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in business administration.
   

Academic Coordination:

1. Coordinate the academic schedule, including timetables, examination schedules, and course offerings.
   
2. Liaise with faculty members to ensure course content alignment and delivery standards.
   
3. Monitor student progress and provide necessary interventions to support student success.
   
4. Organize and participate in faculty meetings, curriculum reviews, and program evaluations.
   
5. Assist in the recruitment, orientation, and training of new faculty members.
   
6. Ensure compliance with academic policies and accreditation requirements.
   
7. Collaborate with the administration to resolve student issues and grievances.
   

Other Duties:

1. Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching and coordination skills.
   
2. Participate in research activities and contribute to the academic community.
   
3. Represent the BBA Honours program in academic and industry forums.
   
4. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Dean.
