1- Worked for at least 2 years in US Shift as a TeleSales Executive
2- The more relevant experience the better.
3- No Freshers Allowed
Requirements
1- Should be comfortable with US Night Shifts
2- Should be able to do Cold Calls a Day
3- Should be familiar with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Veeva, Hubspot
4- Should be fluent with English, Hindi.
5- Should be aware of working with Auto Dialer systems like RingDNA,
Livevox etc
Job Description
1- Product is SAAS(Software as a Service) Retail software which can
be used for inventory management, billing, recording
transactions(example billing systems in Supermarkets).
2- Leads will be provided by the company
3- Make cold calls to fuel stations, convenience store and pitch for the
product
4- Make a sale and keep a track to make sure the customer is using the
product.
Work Model Work from Home
Shift Timings 6:30pm to 4:30am Any 9 Hrs shift in between this window
Week Offs Weekend Offs
Salary Package Based on Experience and interview
Incentives Will be based on Performance and will be paid after 3 months
Specialization
1- If worked on SAAS based Model, it would be an added advantage

Summary
We are currently looking for a Full-time Account Executive (Business
Development)to join our growing team. The ideal person for the job will be a
proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous
attention to detail.
Must Have:
1. Proven experience of minimum 3 years as an Account Executive (Business
Development)
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the
phone.
3. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to
prospects.
4. Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
7. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address
complaints.
Responsibilities:
1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product and
service.
2. Answer questions about products and services or the company.
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
4. Handle objections and rejections in an accurate manner.
5. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
6. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
7. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
