Job description
Role & Responsibilities (Male CandidatesOnly)
· Maintain good working relationships, Co-ordination, discussion and communication.
· Daily working process review and discussion
· People management Supervision of Operations
· Developing and executing strategies for marketing and customer relations activities
· Planning and coordinating the penetration of new Client.
· Client Co-Ordination
· The selected candidates would be responsible for assisting Customs & Excise Departments, CONCOR, Port
Authorities, Importers, Exporters, Transporters, Shipping Liners etc. with the functioning of the application,
website troubleshooting, on-site support at the time of sealing.
Experience working in Govt projects in tech services experience will be preferable.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Graduation (preferably in Electronics & Communication) in technical field.
2. ITI (Electrical/ Electronic & Telecommunication) with Minimum 2 years of experience
3. Should have effective communication skills and self-starter in nature.
Skills and Criteria:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in electronic and communication or any technical field.
2. Good understanding of the IT & Import - Export and Transport industries.
3. Good with consumer and regulatory interface for sales and marketing purposes (customer query handling,
mail communication and on-site assistance to customers).
4. Communication skills (English/Local Language), spoken and written.
5. Experience working in Govt projects in tech services experience will be preferable.
Leadership skills
· Good Documentation skills Document Screening, Archiving and retrieval.
· Good People management Skills
Qualification:
1. Graduate
Note:
Age: Should be Minimum 28 to 36 Maximum
Communication: Have to be comfortable in English & Hindi Language.
Experience working in Govt projects in tech services experience will be preferable.
