• Loading and Unloading:
  

  • Supervise and manage the loading and unloading of goods to ensure efficiency and safety.
    
  • Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of shipments.
    
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
    

• Warehouse Management:
  

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and storage organization.
    
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track and manage stock levels.
    
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and complies with safety regulations and protocols.
    
  • Manage warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance.
    

• Documentation and Reporting:
  

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
    
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and any issues or discrepancies.
    
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and regulations.
    

• Coordination and Communication:
  

  • Liaise with other departments, including logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
    
  • Address and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations promptly.
    
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure alignment and efficiency.
    

• Safety and Compliance:
  

  • Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
    
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for warehouse staff.
    
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
