Warehouse executive

Job description

• Loading and Unloading: Oversee and participate in the loading and unloading of goods to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
  
• Warehouse Management: Manage and organize the warehouse to ensure optimal space utilization and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment.
  
• Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels. Ensure proper labeling and storage of goods.
  
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment by coordinating with the operations and logistics teams.
  
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to and enforce all safety protocols and regulations within the warehouse. Conduct regular safety inspections and report any issues.
  
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and operational. Coordinate with maintenance teams for any repairs or servicing.
  
• Team Coordination: Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations. Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety practices.
  
• Documentation: Maintain and manage all necessary documentation related to warehouse activities, including inventory records, shipping and receiving logs, and safety reports.
