Responsibilities:

Providing support to users and being
the first point of contact for problem resolution.

Troubleshooting hardware, software,
and network issues.
·
Installing and configuring hardware
and software components.
·
Repairing or replacing damaged
computer hardware.
·
Managing technical documentation.
·
Management of trading Platforms and
day to day activities like BOD, EOD and backup.
·
Coordination with Application
vendors for day-to-day issues and patch deployments.
·
Prepare and submit data to
Compliance team and Auditors for Regulatory Audits (IEDA & SEBI).
Work
experience:
·
Experience in BFSI Sector and
knowledge of Trading platform will be added advantage.
·
Microsoft Windows Desktop
Environment.
·
Microsoft Windows Server
Environment.
·
Microsoft Office 365
·
Knowledge of UTM Devices, Managed
Switches, VMWare, VLAN Concepts, Antivirus software
·
Understanding of TCP Basics like
TCP, UDP, Multicast E.t.c

Qualifications

4+ years’ experience in IT support
