Manager - QMS

Job description

The incumbent shall be
responsible for;

a)     Must have Experience in Quality Management System,
Specializing in IATF 16949, & ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.

b)     Experience in maintain Compliance required under IATF.

c)      Establish and monitor quality assurance objectives.

d)     Plan and conduct Internal and External audits to assess the
complicate of QMS and EHS standards.

e)     Generate Audit Reports, Identify Non-Conformity and
recommend CAPA.

f)       Robust Knowledge of Quality Management Tools &
Methodology such as PPAP, FMEA, APQP, SPC, MSA, & 8D.

g)     Should be able to draft system documents & handle
requirements of Customers, Supplier and Internal etc.

h)     Knowledge of processes such as , Machining, Welding, Powder
Coating, Assembly would be added an advantage.

i)       Must have certificate as an internal auditor of IATF 16949,
ISO 14401 & 45001.
