Position : Tele sales Coordinator Notice Period : Immediate joiners Exp : 2 to 6 Years Corporate Tele Business Development Executive Job Opening & Role: Globe Moving wishes to expand its corporate business and is seeking a Tele Business Development Executive (TBDE) to identify, develop and manage new corporate customers to achieve business targets. TBDE is an entry level position within Globe Moving’s sales department and will report into the Sales Head. Job Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new corporate accounts and new business opportunities
Conduct cold calls (telephonic) to prospect and qualify potential corporate accounts
Conduct virtual presentations to potential corporate accounts
Follow-up and generate leads and convert opportunities into business
Maintain relationships with key corporate accounts and enhance business from existing corporate clients.
Handle assigned enquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate and convert them into order.
Assist business development team and management in developing and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, revenue and profit targets as assigned within defined timelines
Update daily sales activities and CRM into ERP on daily basis
Prepare and Submit Daily, Monthly MIS and Analytical reports
Candidate Profile:
Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Should have positive attitude and be willing to take on a challenging work environment
Should be passionate about sales and bring their A game to the workplace
Should have excellent selling skills backed by preparedness and high engagement in
requirements of business
Should be constantly on the lookout for business opportunities. This will include cold calling,
meeting new people, creating new business opportunities, creating an interest for Globe
Moving’s services and selling the same.
Should be able to adapt to challenging environment, solve problems and take decisions quickly
Should be a faster learner, building business networks
Should be goal oriented following up with prospects and constantly aiming for closure
Should have a strong work ethic going above and beyond to achieve targets.
Experience & Qualifications
Should be a graduate with minimum 2 years prior corporate sales experience
Should have very good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft and other IT Skills
Should be able conduct virtual calls and make presentations
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
