Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

 Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Noida.

 Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) / Managing Director

 Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Head is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing
marketing campaigns that promote the company's brand, products, and services. This role
will focus on enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be
able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

 Key Responsibilities:
 Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy to drive
online traffic, sales, and brand awareness. 

 Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM,
marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. 

 Content Strategy: Develop content marketing strategies to drive engagement and
conversions, including blogs, videos, and social media content. 

 Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of all digital
marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). 

 SEO/SEM Management: Manage and improve organic search engine performance
and goal-setting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions. 

 Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategy, manage content calendar,
and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy. 

 Budget Management: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively. 

 Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow the digital marketing team, ensuring
continuous improvement in skills and performance. 

 Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Sales, Customer Service) to
optimize the user experience and ensure brand consistency.
