Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Taxation: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including direct and indirect taxes, and manage tax returns and audits. Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage the company's budget and financial forecasts, providing insights to management for decision-making. Audit & Compliance: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and liaise with external auditors as required. Cost Management: Monitor and control the costs of operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Financial Planning: Provide strategic financial planning advice to the management, including investment and funding opportunities. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee the management of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. MIS Reporting: Prepare and present monthly/quarterly MIS reports to the management, highlighting key financial metrics. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
