Assistant Manager Warehouse

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.     
Regularly monitor and verify SLAs
for each channel.

2.      Manage
complete B2C process, ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.

3.      Take
action for issues with Increff & channel partners regarding SLAs.

4.      Maintain and
coordinate with the admin team for packing material availability.

5.      Manage &
monitor daily cycle count process for good inventory health.

6.      Manage the entire
Flipkart B2B process, from PI creation to dispatch tracking and delivery.

7.      Coordinate with
Gurgaon warehouse team for Flipkart SOR PO from packing to dispatch.

8.      Timely upload
packing slips in panel.

9.      Review and approve
ROs raised by Flipkart.

10.   Retrieve and
provide Shopify packing videos as per CRM team requirements.

11.   Compile and analyze data for internal warehouse review.

12.    Release internal
warehouse POs. 

13.    Manage
inventory blocking for (offline PO).

14.   Confirm daily
return and share OTC to Ekart team.
