Location- Gurugram



Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
in revenue management/reservations with a starred hotel, with a focus on OTA
and B2B channels within the hospitality industry.



Salary upto 3lpa



Roles and Responsibilities:



Develop and
execute revenue management strategies for OTA and B2B channels to achieve
revenue targets and maximize profitability.



Monitor market
trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify opportunities
and threats in the OTA and B2B segments.



Analyze
pricing and distribution data to optimize room rates, availability, and
inventory allocation across multiple OTA channels.



Collaborate
with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to drive promotional campaigns
and negotiate favorable terms with OTA and B2B partners.



Utilize
revenue management tools and systems to generate forecasts, reports, and
insights for informed decision-making.



Implement best
practices and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and
efficiency in revenue management processes.



Act as a
subject matter expert on OTA and B2B revenue management, providing guidance and
support to internal stakeholders as needed.
