Job description

Skills:

1. Coffee preparation expertise (espresso, pour-overs, lattes, etc.)
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills
3. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
4. Attention to detail and quality control
5. Basic math skills for handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
6. Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
7. Knowledge of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods
8. Creativity and latte art skills (optional)

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a barista or in a related customer service role
2. Completion of a barista training program or certification (e.g., Barista Guild of America)
3. High school diploma or equivalent
4. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
5. Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
