Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Identify and research potential leads and target markets for ENQ Books.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels such as online research, social media, and networking.Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead generation activities and progress.Cold Calling:Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce ENQ Books.Present and explain the features and benefits of ENQ Books to potential customers.Handle objections and address customer inquiries to generate interest and secure appointments.Sales Activities:Follow up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings with potential clients.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.Reporting and Analysis:Track and report on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and overall performance metrics.Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
