        • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead generation activities and progress.
          

     2. Cold Calling:
        

        • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce ENQ Books.
          
        • Present and explain the features and benefits of ENQ Books to potential customers.
          
        • Handle objections and address customer inquiries to generate interest and secure appointments.
          

     3. Sales Activities:
        

        • Follow up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
          
        • Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings with potential clients.
          
        • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
          

     4. Customer Relationship Management:
        

        • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
          
        • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
