HIRING FOR SALES MANAGER (REAL ESTATE) Location - Bangalore CTC - Upto 9 LPA Responsibilities The candidate's main role is calling potential customers in order to convert them to final customers.The candidate will be working along with the Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Manager.To be persuasive and be able to adapt to dynamic situations based on customer requirementsThe candidate should have adequate knowledge about the product and services offered by Settl. in order to convert potential customersWill be given hands-on experience in management systems and lead/sales reportingTo be able to self-generate leads and convert them to final customers.The candidate must be able to maintain and develop customer-relationship to encourage future growthShould be a good listener as well in order to be able to understand customer needs and requirementsBased on situations, the candidate may have to work extra hoursShould meet day-to-day targets and objectives with respect to call volume and sales.
