Identify and Target Enterprise Clients:
• Strategize and identify enterprises within the Technology, Media and Telecom sectors seeking
capability building in their workforce.
• Conduct market research and networking to identify potential clients and understand their specific
needs.
Pipeline Management:
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to cultivate Marketing Qualified Leads
• Guide the Growth Team members to generate, maintain, and advance a robust pipeline of
enterprise clients.
• Employ effective lead generation techniques to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects.
Industry Understanding:
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the assigned industry, including market dynamics,
competitive landscape, and key industry players.
Strategic Planning and Travel:
• Strategically plan and prioritize travel schedules to maximize face-to-face interactions with C-level
executives of target enterprises
Conduct in-depth discussions and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our L&D
courses and solutions.
Lead Follow-Up and Conversion:
• Implement rigorous follow-up strategies to convert leads into successful business engagements.
• Take ownership of every lead from identification to closure stage, ensuring timely and effective
communication throughout the sales process.
Account Management:
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their
objectives.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients to drive repeat business and
increase overall wallet size
• Manage all aspects of the assigned industry, overseeing inside sales processes, ownership of
vertical P/L, and collaborating with internal stakeholders
What skills do you need?
• Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred from tier 1,2
Institutes.
• 7-10 years of proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably within the SaaS or
training industry.
• Strong understanding of the Technology sectors, with a focus on identifying opportunities for
capability building.
• You are expected to have a track record of autonomously closing deals valued at over 15 lakhs
• The ability to communicate and engage with global clients (High Growth Startup experience
would be great)
• Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales cycle and drive results in a target-driven
environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the country
• Strategic thinking and planning skills, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions to clients.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Enthusiasm for the startup space and open to learning and adapting to changes in the startup
ecosystem.
