Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure sales objectives are met or exceeded. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients, including shipping companies, logistics providers, food producers, and retailers. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation, and provide recommendations to senior management. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the executive team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
