Duties
& Responsibilities:

The candidate's main role is calling potential customers in order
to convert them to final customers.

·  
To be persuasive and be able to adapt to dynamic situations based
on customer requirements

·  
The candidate should have adequate knowledge about the product and
services offered by company in order to convert potential customers

·  
Should be able to work in a high-pressure environment and help the
organization achieve its targets and goals.

·  
Will be given hands-on experience in management systems and lead/
sales reporting

·  
To be able to self-generate leads and convert them to final customers.

·  
The candidate must be able to maintain and develop customer-relationship
to encourage future growth

·  
Should be a good listener as well in order to be able to understand
customer needs and requirements

·  
Based on situations, the candidate may have to work extra hours

·  
Should meet day-to-day targets and objectives with respect to
call volume and sales

Required
Skill Set:

• Any
Graduate with 4+ years of experience in Sales.

Excellent communication skills and understand the customer requirements
