Role & Responsibilities (Male Candidate Preferred)
1. Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's culture, resource
planning and talent strategy.
2. Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring
of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles;
collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for
openings.
3. Analyses market patterns in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive
base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
4. Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development
opportunities for employees.
5. Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
6. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and
recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
7. Performs other duties as the need develops with organizational growth
Qualifications:
1. Minimum graduation Required.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience required in HR filed
3. Effective communication skills and a self-starter in nature.
