Roles and Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Assist in Developing Marketing Plans: Support the creation of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target market.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing tactics.
2. Campaign Management
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
- Advertising: Coordinate the creation and placement of ads in relevant media channels such as online platforms, real estate magazines, and local publications.
- Promotional Events: Help organize and manage events like open houses, property launches, and client appreciation gatherings.
3. Content Creation
- Content Development: Create compelling content for brochures, websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Visuals: Collaborate with graphic designers and photographers to produce high-quality visuals and property listings.
4. Digital Marketing
- Social Media Management: Manage and update social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- SEO and SEM: Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to drive traffic to property listings and the companys website.
- Email Marketing: Develop and send newsletters and promotional emails to potential and existing clients.
