Role: Assistant Manager Business Development Role Responsibilities: ● Interact and engage with our core target audience including CXOs, Head HRs, L&D Heads as a part of the defined sales and marketing plan. ● Own lead generation targets from a defined list of companies and help expand our level of connect within the organization. ● Engage with clients, understand their requirements and showcase how enParadigm’s solutions can fulfil their learning needs ● Perform effective online demos to prospects and understand customer needs and requirements. ● Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned corporate education brand. ● Proactively nurture and engage clients to build relationships, generate business opportunities and close deals.
