Job description

a)     Person should lead the function to all green supplier with
best of industry approach.

b)     Working experience with Tier - 1 supplier with Automotive
in similar position.

c)      Working experience and quality inspection, system audit,
product & process audit, monitoring and upgrading supplier on audit score.

d)     Person with proven track record of upgradation of supplier
by hand holding to a significant improvement and quantifiable results.

e)     Arranging requisite training for supplier if required.

f)       Working experience for ZBC in category, sheet metal,
plastic injection molding, machine, Aluminum die casting , SG iron casting,
forging, rubber.

g)     Focus on VA/VE and Kaizen culture.

h)     Working experience in FMEA, VDA+FMEA, SPC, ROOT CAUSE
analysis WHY-WHY & 8D Approach PDCA, PPAP documentation, MSA, Poka-yoke,
CAPA verification. Problem solving techniques.

i)       Knowledge on reading drawings, standards, and RM standards.

j)       Knowledge of Applicable compliance laws for industry min
related to safety, legal compliances and sustainability, Also a mind set for
industry front runner.
