Domain: F&B, Pharma, Oil & Gas, Metal &Mining ,Cement,Utilities,Power

Platform Required:

·         PLC/DCS Software – S7 Simatic Manager (S7-300/400), Simatic PCS7, TIA Portal

·         Tools – knowledge of PLC Programming Languages – Ladder/STL/SCL/FBD,

·         ET200 distributed IO system, VFD’s

·         Redundant and Fail Safe Systems (Simatic S7400F/H, S71500R/H, S71500F)

·         HMI/SCADA/Historian – Simatic WinCC, WinCC Comfort, WinCC RT Advance

·         Communication / Network Protocols – PPI/MPI, Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, AS-i interface etc.

•    Sinamics Drive S120, G120 etc.

Required Candidate profile:

·         Education: Engineering in any stream 

·         Experience: Should have approx.3-10 years of experience 

·         Good English Communication Skills

Skills:

• Good knowledge and hands on PLC Programming in STL / SCL, Ladder, Graph7 and FBD


• Knowledge of Simatic S7-FailSafe PLC programming will be an advantage.


• Knowledge of Standards like – ISA88 Batch Control will be an advantage.


• HMI/SCADA design and development, configuration, customisations, scripting in C and VB and reports


• Documentation Knowledge


• Working on various phases of Project life cycles starting from design inputs till end of commissioning, support


• FAT, SAT, On-Site Commissioning / Remote Support based on project requirement.


• Should be ready internationally as per the project requirement.
