Inventory Management:
1. Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure availability of products.
2. Conduct regular stock counts and audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions. (indirect materials)
3. Utilize SAP MM S/4HANA for efficient inventory management and reporting.
Receiving and Dispatching:
1. Oversee the receiving of goods, ensuring they match purchase orders and are in good condition.
2. Manage the dispatching of products to other store locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. (STO material)
3. Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and handle Returnable Gate Pass (RGP) and Non-Returnable Gate Pass (NRGP) processes using SAP MM S/4HANA.
4. Manage Stock Transfer Orders (STO) for internal stock movements.
Store Operations:
1. Ensure the store is organized, clean, and visually appealing.
2. Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.
3. Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
Reporting:
1. Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, GRN dumps from SAP, monthly closing report and other relevant metrics.
Required skills:
1. Proven experience as a Store Officer, or in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of SAP MM S/4HANA and its modules, including GRN, RGP, NRGP, and STO creation.
3. Proficiency in MS Office/excel.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
