Job description

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and test IBM-based solutions, including:
- WebSphere applications and services
- DB2 databases and data integrations
- Rational software development tools and methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including:
- Business analysts to identify requirements
- Architects to ensure solution alignment
- Quality assurance teams for testing and validation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including:
- Debugging and testing
- Performance optimization
- Error handling and resolution
- Stay up-to-date with latest IBM technologies, trends, and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in IBM development
- Strong knowledge of IBM products, including WebSphere, DB2, and Rational
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
