Senior Quality Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quality Analyst (QA) Engineer to join our
quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing
test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software
products. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the standards of our
software applications and leading QA initiatives.

our KRAs will include the following:

• Develop and Implement Quality Assurance strategies and Processes. 

• Define Quality Standards and Metrics for projects. 

• Ensure alignment of QA processes with organizational goals. 

• Create comprehensive test plan and review test cases. 

• Conduct functional, Integration, System and regression testing and API testing, various
Performance testing. 

• Ensure thorough testing of all the project deliverables before QA release. 

• Excellent knowledge in test case management and bug tracking systems such as JIRA or any
other tools. 

• Closely work with Scrum Teams, QA Leads, QA Manager and share the Daily and Weekly
Status Reports. 

• Developing test automation solutions for applications across different platforms. 

• Adhere to existing standards; provide suggestions to improve and set new standards
and identify test automation scope and priorities. 

• Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities. 

• Demonstrated ability to anticipate how contributions can affect larger architecture. 

• Developing risk mitigation and contingency plans. 

• Demonstrated excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical. 

• Excellent Understanding of Quality Assurance life cycle, methodologies, and best
practices. 

• Self-Motivated, independent thinker with excellent troubleshooting skills. 

• Working closely with development teams, product managers and other stakeholders to ensure
seamless integration and delivery of quality products. 

• Creating and maintaining a robust test architecture that supports scalable and reliable testing
practices.

YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

 • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 3+ years as a full-time,

• Hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance (Manual, Automation and API testing) 

• Hands-on experience with Selenium automation using java or python. 

• Hands-on experience with Appium automation & with one or more querying languages
such SQL and No SQL databases. 

• Working knowledge of tools and technologies like Jenkins, GIT, Maven, TestNG, JIRA and
Any Bug Tracking tools. 

• Well versed with approaches like BDD, Keyword Driven, Data Driven and hybrid Driven
test automation. 

• Experience in transforming manual test cases into automation test cases. 

• Experience in test documentation, defect analysis, tracking and reporting. 

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. 

• Experience with Security testing is a plus. 

• Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Knowledge on API Testing (Postman and RestAssured to Automate API testing). 

• Experience in testing various types of SDKs. 

• Knowledge of Accessibility Compliance Testing – Web vulnerability Testing. 

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
simultaneously.
