Position – HR Executive (Immediate Joiner)

Location – Gurgaon

Qualification – Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human resources
or a related field

Recruitment

Experience – 1+ yrs.

Responsibilities –

·        
Vendor Sourcing & Coordination

·        
Experience with full-cycle recruiting:  Screening candidates and performing phone
screening.

·        
Manage onboarding and new hire process.

·        
Manage overall interview, selection, and closing
process.

·        
Documentation of Candidates.

·        
Updating employee databases by inputting new
employee contact information and employment details.

·        
Manage employees’ grievances
