Responsibilities: ● Work with the founders on Go-To-Market strategy, market mapping, business growth and scaling ● Conceptualize and drive initiatives to enhance scale and synergy across marketing, sales, customer onboarding and customer success ● Help the company acquire best of breed talent across functions ● Drive the capability agenda across functions, and improve organizational productivity and effectiveness ● Conceptualize and execute initiatives for employee experience and engagement
