Manage claim settlements with transporters for exception cases.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for logistics activities.
• Coordinate and engage with regional sales teams through regular calls to address
pending logistics issues. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting
delivery commitments, addressing customer complaints, and implementing corrective
actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, cross-functional teams, and thirdparty logistics service providers.
• Provide market insights and recommendations based on customer visits and data
analysis to support decision-making.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to improve efficiency and
reduce costs. Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret logistics data to identify trends and areas for
improvement. Drive projects in the areas of improvement.
• Prepare reports on vendor performance and other metrics.
