Job Summary: The Store In-Charge will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure
customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth. This role requires a proactive individual with

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
o Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
o Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking products.

2. Team Leadership:
o Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent
customer service.

o Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
3. Customer Service:
o Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
o Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
