Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise:




• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting
  for complex construction equipment and systems.


• Conduct in-depth diagnostics and analysis to resolve
  technical issues efficiently.




2. Project Management:




• Lead and manage service projects from initiation to
  completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.


• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other
  stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.




3. Client Interaction:




• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  regarding service-related inquiries and issues.


• Develop and maintain strong client relationships,
  providing exceptional customer service and support.




4. Team Leadership:




• Supervise and mentor junior service engineers and technicians,
  providing guidance and support.


• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance
  team skills and knowledge.




5. Documentation and Reporting:




• Maintain accurate records of service activities,
  including reports, logs, and documentation.


• Prepare and present service reports, performance
  metrics, and recommendations to senior management.




6. Compliance and Safety:




• Ensure all service activities comply with industry
  standards, regulations, and company policies.


• Promote and enforce safety protocols and best practices
  in all service operations.




7. Continuous Improvement:




• Identify opportunities for process improvements and
  implement best practices to enhance service efficiency and quality.


• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging
