Job description

We are looking for a US Growth Associate to spearhead our expansion efforts in the United States. In this
role, you will be responsible for generating leads and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to
drive growth.
• Develop, execute & Iterate strategies to drive growth and expand our client base in the US market
targeting the BFSI and technology sectors
• Conduct research to understand Consumer Behaviour and buying pattern.
• Collaborate with the team to create a comprehensive outreach plan to engage prospects
effectively.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, pain points, and objectives.
• Work closely with the CEO to finalize deals and ensure successful closures.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners to support
business development efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
