Job Description - Min – 3 years of experience. Handle Performance Management, Appraisal, HR Admin & operations. Housekeeping & Cleaning Scope· & coverage of housekeeping service. Manpower distribution for housekeeping – shift wise.· Arrangement of housekeeping equipments and chemicals· Employee Engagement Activities. Preparing· & maintaining a tracker/planner for employee engagement Plant R·&R – Best attendance, star employee & performance award etc. Birth day celebration· Any other engagement activities as per the plan.· Payroll Management. To Check and ensure 0 error in payroll computation of all onroll and off roll. To check and process the bills of the contract labours (offroll). Audits Responsible for all Internal and External Audits . Exit Management: - Ensure to take exit interviews of all employees. - Close all full and final settlements within the timeline.
