Primary Responsibilities:

1. Loan Processing and Approval:
   

   • Assess loan applications for mortgage loans, housing finance, and LAP.
     
   • Conduct thorough credit and risk assessments to determine the eligibility of applicants.
     
   • Verify the accuracy and completeness of loan documents submitted by clients.
     
   • Coordinate with legal teams for property verification and documentation.
     

2. Customer Interaction:
   

   • Meet with potential borrowers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable loan products.
     
   • Guide customers through the loan application process, explaining terms and conditions clearly.
     
   • Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns related to loan products.
     

3. Sales and Business Development:
   

   • Generate leads for mortgage loans, housing finance, and LAP through various channels (direct sales, agents, etc.).
     
   • Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, property agents, and other stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
     
   • Achieve sales targets by identifying new customers and cross-selling loan products.
     

4. Loan Disbursement and Monitoring:
   

   • Ensure timely disbursement of approved loans after fulfilling all necessary conditions.
     
   • Monitor loan accounts to ensure timely repayments and manage delinquency levels.
     
   • Collaborate with recovery teams for the collection of overdue accounts.
     

5. Compliance and Reporting:
   

   • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies related to loan processing and approval.
     
   • Prepare and submit periodic reports on loan performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.
