Responsibilities:Credit appraisals of loan applicants within defined policy guidelines of Own NBFC and Co lending partnersAssessing creditworthiness of the potential client by scrutinising the financials, credit history based on documents submitted, market information, reference checks, etcEnsuring verification processes are followed in a systematic and timely mannerCoordinating with the verification agencies to aid in decision-makingTimely Processing of the proposals to ensure faster TATEnsuring adherence to the internal credit policy and RBI guidelines applicable to the NBFCsProviding inputs to bring in best industry practices and revising credit risk policies and guidelines periodicallyParticipating in internal projects that improve credit process efficiency and effectiveness to assist in achieving key strategic objectivesMonitoring the repayment history and taking necessary corrective actionsClosely tracking of delinquent customers to ensure these remain in lowest bucket and learnings from these are implemented for future casesAppraising deviations based on mitigants, relationships, local market knowledge, etc.Requirements:Any Graduate with Experience in similar Role for 2 years plus - MBA/CA preferredDemonstrable experience in NBFC/Banks for not less than 2 years in Unsecured Loans, Auto Loans, Credit Cards etcProven experience in Unsecured loans - Business (SME) especially in Fintech start-upStrong control and understanding of MIS – using - MS EXCEL including VLOOKUP & HLOOK UP etcAnalytical bent of mind & strong judgmental attributesExcellent Communication and negotiation skillsFlexible for a 6-day-a-week working structure (10 am to 7 pm)
