&Organising business growth strategies to increase revenue and market
share.
2. Analyze market
trends, customer behavior, competitor activity, & strategy for Zappfresh
Business Growth.
3. Lead and manage a
team to achieve business objectives.
4. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success) to
drive business growth.
5. Develop and manage
key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth.
6. Identify and
capitalize on new business opportunities.
7. Manage and optimize
CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and retention.
8. Conduct market
research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
9. IT skills to develop
working pathway.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of
experience in e-commerce business growth, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of
all departments (Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success).
- Expertise in CRM
systems , Product Development and management.
- Proven track record of
driving business growth and revenue increase.
- Strong leadership and
team management skills.
- Excellent
communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Degree(MBA, BBA, IIT,
IIM) or a related field.
