Job description

Position - Production Engineer 




Exp - 6+ yrs in PEB




 Location - Nagpur 




 Roles & Resposibility: 




* Planning of Raw Material & Consumables required for manufacturing of SteelStructures. 


* Planning of production as per projects so can achieve monthly target.


 * Distribution of Production loads on various Machines.
* fitment,welding assembly & fabrication.


 * Incoming Inspection of raw material as per IS of Plates, Hot Rolled and ASTM of PPGL


In process & Final Inspection as per shop drawing of PEB parts like Column,
* Rafter,Angle,Channel etc.


 * Performing NDT (DPT , MPT ) 


* Painting inspection (DFT , WFT ) 


* Inspected the raw material & finish goods at vendor's site


.
* Checking surface roughness after Shot blasting by surface profile gauge
