Minimum 3
years in Construction and Mining Industry preferably

Educational
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com./MBA in HR communication both in English &Hindi.

Salary
25 - 30 K Plus shared accommodation and food facility if he wants to stay alone
OR Special allowance of Rs. 4,000/- per month

Location:
Malanjkhand, Madhya Pradesh

Duties &
Responsibilities:

1) To monitor and to prepare both manual and biometric
attendance independently

2)  To have good
knowledge in preparing Salary / OT/Incentive/Bonus/Gratuity statements

3)  To correspond
independently 

4)  To speak both
English & Hindi fluently

5)  To have very
good exposure in MS office 

6)  To prepare and
maintain Leave register and to know all related procedures

7)  To have
knowledge in Workmen compensation

8)  To attend to
all statutory obligations and to handle independently on all such related issues

9)  To know the
basic procedures of Appraisal system and Training programs

10) To aware of PF and Professional tax online
registrations, withdrawals, and approval and payment procedures

11) To have basic knowledge of recruitment activities

Skills

Minimum 3 years in Construction and Mining Industry
preferably

Educational Qualification: B.Com/M.Com./MBA in HR
communication both in English & Hindi.
