Job description


Key Responsibilities: 
1.Sales and Revenue Generation: 
oAchieve and exceed sales targets and goals within the assigned territory. 
oIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. 
oConduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the 
competitive landscape. 
2.Customer Relationship Management: 
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. 
oProvide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving 
issues promptly. 
oConduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat 
business. 
 

3.Sales Activities: 
oPlan and execute sales activities, including cold calling, sales visits (20-25 per day), 
product demonstrations, and presentations. 
oDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities. 
oMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales 
progress using CRM software. 
4.Reporting and Documentation: 
oPrepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, 
and market feedback. 
oEnsure timely and accurate documentation of sales activities and customer 
information. 
5.Collaboration and Teamwork: 
oCollaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to 
achieve common goals. 
oParticipate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development 
opportunities. 
oShare best practices and provide support to team members to enhance overall team 
performance. 
6.Compliance and Ethics: 
oAdhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities. 
oEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
