Major Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for In-house End-To-End Recruitment Source and screen relevant candidates by using databases, social media etc. and close the position within the timeframe. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the HOD for review. Responsible for HR Administration and documentation. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & and development initiatives. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees Provide support to employees’ queries and grievances. Handling administration of all contract labour. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies. Assisting in Induction & Orientation. Responsible for time office management. Responsible for housekeeping management. Responsible for Vendor Management. Responsible for employee engagement activities ensuring new initiatives as per market standards. Any other task as given by HOD.
Required Skill Set: Hands-on experience with recruiting and sourcing candidates.
