Roles & Responsibilities -
Planning and executing projects for lead generation through Social Media activity, Email
Campaign, etc.
Connect with the prospects, understand their requiremnts and covert them into business.
Maintaining and Updating Important Trackers for regular business updates
Coordinate with the Team for Content & Creative Design to facilitate business requirments
Payout Handshake - Manage end to end monthly payout for coaches
Handling Customer Tickets: Efficiently resolve customer tickets within agreed timeframes
Handling other day to day Business Operations tasks
