Principal Accountabilities (Detailed Role & responsibilities):
Sales Focus:
- Conduct intensive and structured prospecting of new clients to identify and develop new accounts
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services
Customer Focus: Primary & Secondary
- Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
- Team Lead
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and visits.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders. Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock.
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system
Qualification/Experience/Competencies:
- Educational qualifications Graduate/PG
- Experience required 3+ Years

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the FMCG industry or related field.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
