•             Heading branch as branch manager for atleast 2 years

•             Candidate should be from housing finance NBFC or secured MSME/ LAP NBFC – affordable and micro housing (Rs. 5 – 15 lakh loan ticket size)

•             Should have handled atleast 5 sales officer under him for 2 years 

•             Should be ready to travel across the district for training sales officer and generating leads

•             Should have connect to connector, DSA, referrals who can generate leads

•             Ensure compliance with Company’s policy and processes
