Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with company goals
and client expectations.
Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk
management strategies.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers, to
ensure clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure all projects meet the highest standards of
excellence.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous
improvement.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including progress, challenges, and
opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a
plus.
Proven experience as a Project Head or similar senior management role in real estate or construction, with at least 10
years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
In-depth understanding of construction processes, regulations, and industry standards.
PMP or similar project management certification is preferred
