Job Title: ANSYS Engineer (Structural and NVH
Simulations)
Location: Sector 51, Noida
Company: Envirotech Systems Limited
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and
motivated ANSYS Engineer specializing in Structural and NVH (Noise, Vibration,
and Harshness) simulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
conducting a variety of simulations and analyses that contribute to the design
and development of our products. This role involves close collaboration with
the R&D team to ensure that our products meet stringent structural and
acoustic performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. NVH Simulations:
· Perform
comprehensive NVH simulations on a range of products, including combinations of
products.
· Analyse
simulation results to determine Transmission Loss and Absorption
characteristics.
· Provide
detailed reports and recommendations based on the simulation results to enhance
product performance.
2. Product Development:
· Work
closely with the R&D team to incorporate simulation insights into product
design and development.
· Participate
in the iterative design process, providing technical feedback to refine product
concepts and prototypes.
· Assist
in the development of innovative solutions to improve the structural integrity
and acoustic performance of products.
3. Structural Simulations:
· Conduct structural simulations for various
applications, including heavy structural work, noise barriers, and other
related projects.
· Assess
structural behaviour under different loading conditions to ensure compliance
with safety and performance standards.
4. Vibro-Acoustic Simulations:
· Perform vibro-acoustic simulations to
evaluate and improve the acoustic characteristics of products.
· Analyse how vibrations interact with acoustic
properties and propose modifications to enhance performance.
5. CFD Analysis (Future Scope):
· As part of the role’s evolution, engage in
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis to simulate fluid flow and heat
transfer processes.
· Use CFD analysis to complement structural and
acoustic simulations, providing a more comprehensive understanding of product
performance.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
· Bachelor’s
degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree will be
an added advantage.
Experience:
· 2-3
years of hands-on experience with ANSYS or equivalent simulation software in a
relevant industry.
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency
in CAD and SOLIDWORKS, with the ability to prepare and interpret complex
engineering drawings.
