Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with at least 1 years of experience in systems administration, network management, and technical support. This role involves maintaining and enhancing our IT systems, resolving technical issues, and implementing new technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively. • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and security tools. • Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of IT services. • Implement and manage security measures to protect data and systems. • Participate in the planning and execution of IT Activities, such as system upgrades and new technology implementations. • Provide technical support and training to end-users. • Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, configurations, and support activities. • Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs. • Travelling to Service centre whenever required. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 1 years of experience in IT engineering or a similar role. • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and server management. • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. • Experience with virtualization technologies • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications/Knowledge in CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
