Job Description:


 Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and mail handling.  Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.  Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality.  Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions.  Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications, handling queries and requests professionally.  Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and electronic.  Support various departments with administrative tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.  Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.  Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.  Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  Familiarity with office management procedures and basic HR functions is a plus.
